Diego René He is the chef and owner, and a leading figure in Málaga’s young and avant-garde gastronomic scene

  • Born in Alicante, on the island of Tabarca, René’s Mediterranean roots are reflected in his cooking.

  • Paul Schiff Award for Best Chef 2023. The Beluga restaurant is recommended by the Michelin Guide and has received Repsol Suns.
